This place is a scam first they say free file for easy taxes, my taxes are done in less than 5 mins. Second they charge all these fees to file. You guys SUCK

Took so much money for me for so-called help even when I asked For help it just kept asking more and more questions and not connecting me to a real person that have been general is useful just makes things more complicated than need to be. Definitely need to fix a few things in the filling out department.
