Good/Bad taxing experience

the process was made easy via steps and simple clicks. I just don't like to be forced to pay to file my taxes when credit karma/turbo tax is supposed to be a free tax filing service.

First time doing taxes on my cell phone. The only issue I ran into was verifying my id.me because I have an out of state license from which state my job is located.
