Unacceptable

Didn't allow me to continue the process until I selected the Deluxe option. There was no other option to select during that process. I ended up getting charged abit over $180 just to file my taxes, please fix

Turbo Tax is fairly easy to use

I like your product but just wish it worked better on my computer. I was not able to access some of the explanations I needed. Also when I started my taxes I am sure it said $59 for federal and $59 for state. But when I finished my returns the price on the federal had gone up to $69. I would have filed them immediately after I first put the information in but with the problems I was having not being able to access the information I needed I couldn't finish right away.

Great Customer Service.

The two customer service personnel helped me out so much with amending my tax return which was not easy to do online, their expertise got us through the process easily due to their in-depth knowledge and knowledge of the platform. The online instructions were missing explanations that the specialist were able to clear up that I was stuck on for hours. They were efficient, patient and listened to my concerns.

Slow, clunky and not as advertised. OVER PRICED

Not using this service again. In the several times I’ve used this service it is still complicated despite the falsely advertised ease of simply snapping a picture of the W-2. Even with the digital copy that my employer is able to send to turbo tax, I still have to jump through a veritable gauntlet of checking and filling in information. That’s not even starting on the absurd cost of the service and the fact that for several years now my “returns” were not anywhere near what they even show during the filing process. I feel cheated, lied to, and frustrated. Would not recommend even to people I dislike. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
