The process was easy enough. I had some issues with duplicate forms. I wish that could've been simplified, (in my case anyways). I believe that understanding exactly which level of the tax program that is required for each individual was more "up front," and not put into place at the end. I was pleased that my math matched Turbo Taxes' figures. Thank you for your service.

Horrible experience. The amount of unneeded questions and time to file a simple return is rediculous. Just go to a accounting firm. So much easier!
