I had the best experience in processing an electronic tax return ever. I tried the free IRS softwares but they were a pain use and didn’t do the things I needed. Once I decided to use turbo Tax, it took me about ten minutes to complete.

good enough for the 75 bucks

Ridiculous that they won't take my refund automatically because it doesn't meet requirement. Also ridiculous that I have to pay so much for something that would cost me merely a headache and an hour of my day. Other than that, mostly easy to use. Just make sure you double check the numbers they input through pictures from your phone.

I've used Turbotax for many, many years. I only gave 4 stars because there are more and more fees added each year in order to be able to use the software effectively
