Im so upset I really spent all that time

Get's easier to use every year, clear instructions on what to do. Also gives you helpful explanations if you aren't sure on each step. It also reviews and makes sure you aren't missing any information.

Have been using app for 8 years now. interface has become more difficult to understand year over year ... and there are no discounts for return customers. I'll move to other apps next year

It's not as good as it was in the past.

Turbo Tax wasn't as user friendly as in prior years. For example, when entering 1099-INT information from prior years there wasn't an edit/amend option. It took a little while to figure this out. Usually Turbo Tax is better. In addition, what is up with the discount for non-turbo tax users. Why wouldn't you reward your return customers?
