Helpful and convenient for simpel tax filing

I have been using TurboTax for a few years. I wanted to use the free version. Which I thought I was using, but at the end of my tax preparation I was shown a price to pay. Why was that? Its supposed to be free,right?

2024 Tax return

a mistake was made when i filed. an amount was shortened and the algorithm did not catch it. i was able to go back and put the right amount in the correct place and refile. I appreciate the amendment was a part of the total package.
