Turbotax sucks.

This is a fraudulent service, they plaster FREE FREE FREE everywhere but if you take the lowest standard packages you will still be fined to oblivion. $200 dollars in fees. This is NOT a "free" service read the fine print.

Free is not free

This is not "free". You have to pay for your state taxes, then pay them to do the filing, then, pay them to deposit your money in your account, then, there was a surprise $69 for their "deluxe" package which I did not use, but I guess since I asked one question it was added.on. Ended up costing me $167 to file my tax s "for free'.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Too many ads

Honestly, seemed like I was dodging adds the whole time. Having to start over because I didn’t want to pay 300 dollars instead of allowing me to just change the service I used. Every other page was an add to up service you for things you did not need. I would have liked more of an itemized breakdown. But I trust your software. Please remove some adds
