I spoke to Kimberley she was outstanding. She is probably one of the best Customer Service Associates I have ever worked with. She is amazing. It was my first time of using Turbo Tax. She was very knowledgeable

The process is very fast! Employment w-2s are uploaded very easily! If you've used them before the process is super quick! My only dissatisfaction are the fee amounts. I just think they're excessively high but I pay them anyway to get an accurate refund.
