Not free as advertised

TurboTax is easy to use but deceptive. They say start for free, not telling you that you will have to pay at the end. You think you are using the free version, only to find out that they forced you to upgrade to deluxe because even though I only have a W2 form and nothing else, that is considered more "complicated." So I feel like their advertising is deceptive.

Just like each year prior turbotax has helped file my taxes with ease and if help was needed they were easily accessible.

Says free and I paid $168 went back in to say I didn't want the 5 days early and was charged even more somehow. Last time using turbo tax
