Bait and Switch = Not Cool

Hidden Fees Everywhere, not a fan of the BAIT AND SWITCH. The fee chart has all the fees but the first column is blank, a normal person would assume that means free. But alas you have a $69 charge at the end of all the work you did. Of course by then users have fatigue so they end up sallowing the fee. Great business technique of grinding your users to a pulp so they submit. SUPER ETHICAL. Then on top of that the $40 charge to use the refund to pay. Honestly it feels criminal, and i'm pretty sure bait and switch in business is a crime, but what do I know, I'm not a multi-million dollar company that profits off the convoluted tax system of America, that's y'all. I will be using a private CPA from now on, I used one last year and she found way more deductions and I didn't feel like she was trying to bleed me dry.

Turbo Tax is efficient

I just say that I was not stopped at the end and instructed how to finish my return to send it. The communication was not clear at the end on finishing the return.
