it was fine but I entered all my info myself ,so expensive for what it was and also not happy they upsell and charge WAY to much for state returns

Forced to upgrade

I've been using TT for almost 10 years and this was the first year I was forced to upgrade to file my taxes, and pay to file my taxes. This will be the last year I use them.

I have used TurboTax for several years. It is a daunting job, but the directions are clear and the pace is steady. I will be sure to have myself better organized next year! That will cut down the time.
