Very helpful and easy to navigate. It made me feel at ease to do my own taxes and to have more confidence in what I was doing. I also appreciate how Turbo Tax double checks my tax forms for any errors that I may need to go back and fix.

As easy as it is to do, the ONLY reason I completed it and paid for it was I was too lazy to try to figure out who I went through last year. Which in itself is just embarrassing, because I do the taxes for everyone around me for free smh, but I'm the one that got stuck. Last year, I did them twice, this same thing had happened but I had more time on my hands then. This was just an expensive quickie.

You guys advertised i would get a free tax filing if i didnt file last year and I didnt file last year but you guys charged me 200 dollars to file. You stipulated I had to have filed in 2022 to get this discount. thats absolute scam and im angry as heck
