I have been paying a tax preparer $600 to file my standard deduction return. Switched to TurboTax. I was helped every step of the way. I will use Turnotax every year from now on.

I like turbo tax but the fee is over charged

The fee is not clear you have to let me agree to the charge first before u add the charge at the end. I thought the fee was 128$ that I agreed but at the end is 168$.

Not free when using the basic free Version..

The fees for the FREE simple TurboTax , Is not Free whatsoever. I was charged almost 200 bucks to file my return, these fees don't show until you complete your return and hit the file button. Lame!!

Product nickels and dimes at every step of the way, trying to constantly push for you to pay more. Also will randomly close what you are working on and push you back 10 steps
