My career is doing taxes for people professionally, but my firm doesn't offer a good service for me to do my own taxes, so I use TurboTax. It's truly great! Just please give me the option to review the pdf of my return before you make me pay!

I could not figure out how to ask for support in real time without upgrading - although my package says I have access to real time support.
