Love spending $100 for nothing

I love when I’m forced to pay you guys lots of money for doing the same exact thing I did last year. Somehow I spent over $100 for a tax return that was $200, not sure how that happened but it sucks that I’m stuck paying that because there are very few other options.

Easy to Use for the most part. The only issue is when it pulls up a form to enter missing info I had already entered. That form needs a better interface. It's very confusing as if excel or some accounting document has been imported into the app window. Other than that, it's very user friendly.

you are charging a fee on my taxes and forcing me to pay to sign up as well, its a a ridiculous and greedy practice to charge and force a subscription, do better.
