Turbo Tax uses manipulative behavior

I was misled into selecting yes at the end of doing taxes. I did not wish to share my information with turbo tax as a building guide for their program. As well, there was no option button to go back and make that change, only a continue button. Baited me into believing I was selecting proceed with filing my taxes only to find out they merely was using me as a pawn. Very unhappy.

TurboTax is easy to use

It is always quick and effortless to file under TurboTax. I have always liked that it can pull up my information from the previous years, making it easier to fill out. It provides a lot of support to get taxes done and gives many options to make filing easier. The only thing that I did not really like was the amount charged for using TurboTax at the end. I do not remember it being this expensive last year.
