Not so easy for a senior

Could be easier/more clear on usage. Specifically where the effort is in the process. Photo copy of documents to auto infill would be very useful.

I have been using TurboTax for the last 8 years because it’s quick and easy while being free for military. This year it was no longer free.

Too Many Advertisements

While the actual process was fairly easy, there was no clear option for when I was not exactly "self employed" but did not qualify for a W-2. The fact that you continually pushed upgrades I neither wanted nor needed, interrupting my process and attempts to understand what I needed to input, was also very annoying and unappreciated.
