It's okay

Advertised as FREE made me pay to file a 1099, charged extra money to pay the fee's with money from my return. All in all somehow spent $168 to file with them when I thought it was going to be free.

turbo tax helps you out tremendously, I just wish the site wouldn't advertise free taxes and then bombard you with other priced things for additional help that they know is needed. It feels ... very... like a set up. other than that, great with the help that you eventually end up paying for.

Easy but not up front and a waste of money

Went through the whole process of filing my taxes on here for an hour until I get right to the end and it says I have to upgrade to their premium service before I can submit my taxes. I will never use again
