Took me way more time than estimated. Not as intuitive as it could be. Got trapped in certain documents and couldn't escape, backed out a page and wound up getting kicked out altogether. Came back and had to start all over again. Was asked too many questions that should have been shipped in from last years returns.
Was offered a good rate on upgrade at the start, wound up paying more after being kicked out the first time.
Even trying to submit this form is a pain in the butt. . Way too cumbersome
Cheaper than an accountant for sure, but I'm still not thrilled.
