Turbine tax is a good program to use to do your taxes. But it is not free. And i feel like they shouldn't charge as much as they do when your pretty much doing them yourself. But it's never failed me doing my taxes. My son uses them as well.

Hidden costs

i like using turbo tax but i wish you don't got to pay in order to get your tax refund back but other wise then that its fast easy this is my second or third time filing for my taxes an i love it
