Tired of Hidden Fees

I have a really big problem with being told something is free just to be compounded with fees at the end of things. Its deceiving. If the process wasn't super easy, I wouldn't use Turbo Tax at all because of the hidden fees.

As I haven't had a job in a few years this was the first time i filed in sometime. I did it on my own with turbo tax the process was seamless and easy. I will be using this again next year
Pros: My employment status changed this year
