Convenient and Quick

I really like the convenience that this platform/service provides. The only thing that I don't necessarily like is that every year there seems to be some added service fee that I didn't select. In the past it's been the Deluxe option with tax expert assistance and this year it was the added protection coverage ($44). I didn't select/add that to my bill and yet when I went to check out it was charged and I couldn't remove it. Now, with all that being said, I still continue using Turbo Tax simply because of the convenience and familiarity and the fact that it is still cheaper to use this platform versus anywhere else. I do recommend Turbo Tax.
