Turbo Tax is cumbersome and not intuitive

It is very cumbersome. Even after my wife and I have entered our PINS and driver's license information, we're asked for it repeatedly.
It also asks questions for which there are not definitive answers. Like, in one of the finalization steps it asks if I filed one or both of our returns last year and then asks if she did so. Well yes AND no! Because we filed jointly!
I also don't like being congratulated with animated confetti and dancing people when I only get $100 back on my taxes...Half if which I end up having to pay back to TurboTax. :-(
But although TurboTax is super lame, we're compelled to keep using it each year because all of our prior tax info and having to use another tax service would be even MORE tedious. So TurboTax is essentially the least crappy of other many crappy options. Yay.

It makes life easier to turn a show on and file taxes with turbo tax they help me understand what I need to to and educate me on terms I’ve never heard to help file correctly

This sucks

the system is outdated and manipulative I'm in the military and it forced me back into the deluxe version to pay even when i selected free filing. I hate using this product and am activly looking for a replacement for next year.
