FREE was not free

Free addidion resulted in Fed/State charges due to a simple HSA form...rediculous...Only W2 income, no stock (DIV/B) or bank INT or Itemized deductions...this return was as simple as it gets. Had to call customer service to get minimal discount. Felt like I was lured in with the FREE and was last minute Fed/State Premier charges.
