Turbo Tax is an easy way to complete my taxes online. It is a very simple process since I don't have a lot of deductions.

Difficult to figure out some of the options.

Some of the processes were difficult to figure out, for example, it took me a long time to figure out how to record my interest earned. I never did figure out how to enter my primary mortgage interest, because the only information I have is who services my loan, and that was none of the available options. I tried several ways to search for it, but it was never found. Yet I had the 1098 they had sent me. I realized that the standard deduction was higher anhyway, but it was still frustrating.
