TurboTax is Terrific Considering

It took me over six (6) hours to complete my Federal Tax return.
I owe almost $16K to the IRS- ouch!!!
My biggest headache was trying to understand the retirement account questions about a "rollover" that when answered incorrectly presented me with false hopes of a $40K REFUND because it reflected not paying taxes on my income. Once I answered that correctly TurboTax showed the dreaded result of paying $16K to the IRS.
That Sux!
Anyway you can't win with the IRS.

I am not impressed with having to have to choose the deluxe version to file because of a tax credit. May be switching tax prep next year.
