STOP claiming FREE! It's just a play on words to get us in but we MUST pay before you submit for us. You've NEVER been free for me. Insulting but you're the boyfriend I can't get rid of because you have all my info, I'm stuck with you.

I Need To Gain Back My Trust In TurboTax

I usually have no problem using TurboTax online. This time the website seemed to sneak in ways to make me pay for extra. For the first time since and I've been using TurboTax for as long as I can remember, I felt like this program was trying to trick me into situations that would pay more. This caused me to not have any trust in the system to keep my private information private. I wished I had not used TurboTax. Next year I may research another way to file my taxes.
