Super user friendly easy to navigate and get help.

This was the smoothest quickest process with a very friendly user interface. Questions regarding certain forms or required Pin numbers, were easily accessed with a couple or key word searches. Made the process smooth and stress free.

Great but need more in-depth info.

Turbo Tax is great but it needs more in-depth info on all these forms that people are not familiar with. Alot of changes the general public don't know about because we are constantly working and don't have time to look into changes that the government make. TurboTax is great but it feels to be that every year I get more taxes taken out & I get less refunded back, and I file 0 every year to get the highest refund. Something got to give. Nothing torward your company or software.

I have been filing my taxes with Turbo tax for about 5 years. It is easy, available staff to assist, and easy as 123.
