It is fairly easy to use but I paid my taxes last month prior to finishing this because of a new input by gov't on one of my items. So, I made my payment online (conf #A12235513161930158 FOR $485.00) and had to wait until 27 Feb 25 when the update was to be implemented. iT'S NOW STILL SHOWING I OWE THIS AMOUNT. ??????????

It's simple and streamlines the tax filing process, but its also quite predatory; e.g. imagine having to pay them the entirety of a "lifetime learning credit" because they won't let you file for free otherwise.

Problem with New York State form 1099R

Went smoothly until the end. The NY State return requires box 2a and box 16 to be the same on form 1099R.
That added hours to completion. I called your tech support the next day and was able to go back and change the values. Please see if you can correct this snafu.
