Easy to use by expensive.

Easy enough to do alone, however the overall cost for state/federal returns is too much. I'll probably go to a free website next year since they offer the same services.

very scummy, i was charged more for having a life timing learning credit, i am a student and needed that money but because i got it they made me upgrade which basically took the whole amount away
