I have been filing with Turbo Tax for the past 9-10 years, and it's always a breeze! The information bubbles are always helpful when you're unsure how to proceed with a question. In addition, they always get me the most $$ money back on my returns!! I always advise my loved ones to utilize TurboTax for smooth filing.. I'll be back next year! Thanks Turbo..

Easy to complete, especially when I have prior W-2 on file from recent years' filings. Doesn't feel ethical to offer free/reduced cost products to new customers while effectively penalizing return customers by charging more.

I have used Turbo Tax several times and usually love it. Its user friendly and has a lot of hints on how to read your tax documents. BUT!!!! This year I am severely disappointed with their hidden fees for filing regarding a clean vehicle credit. Basically forced me to agree to pay to try and file for the tax credit on clean vehicles then i get to the question about whether or not the sales price was over 25K. it was. I was immediately denied the tax credit (of course) and still had to pay to finish filing that portion and to ad it on to my overall tax filing for 2025. Very sneaky turbo tax. you could have just put out a warning statement saying the if your sales prices was over 25 grand then you don't qualify for the tax credit and can skip that portion. Not to my knowledge did i see anything revolving around that rule till it was to late. quite annoying actually. might as well just go to a CPA next year like I used to do. it would have at least been cheaper even though i would still have to pay.
