Find out it doesn't work AFTER you pay!

After filling out the info on the standard deduction forms, I got an error that was unsolvable as there was no access to the forms I was advised I needed to change. Then it would not file Federal electronically for another unfathomable error message despite multiple retries. To get customer service costs $139 for tax advice.
This product truly sucks.
