bait & switch tactics / refund advance program

The tax software works fine - although it is a bit basic. My complaint is because you are using a "bait & switch" tactic regarding the refund advance feature. My refund is over $20k but only authorized a refund advance in the amount of $250? And prior to receiving the authorization determination, I was forced to open a bank account. If this was ethical, I would see the authorization amount BEFORE setting up an account etc
