Turbo Tax is good but process of the fee sucks

It is simple to use but I do not like the way they do the fees. It says free or low price and then at the end always get charged more than first seen at the beginning of the process. With that said, I come back every year because the program is easy and walks you through it.

Not the Turbo Tax of past years

I have used Turbo Tax for many years - I have never disliked it so much. Yes, it provides the correct information and makes taxes easier but this version tries to upsell its products every 2 pages and the price has doubled. Very disappointing.
