Taxes are never easy. TurboTax made the process simple and explained options and choices in easy to understand language that not only made it easier for me to understand, but also told me if that particular item is 'common' or not. The only real challenge I had was scanning the QR code to upload my documents with my phone. I followed the guidance provided and got it done (I had to change a setting on my phone). Going through this process only once a year is daunting, but TurboTax takes me by the hand and leads me to a fat refund every year! This year, I would have missed out on a $2000 tax credit for my new heat pump. THIS is why I come back every year!

It took me under an hour to successfully submit both my federal and state tax returns. I have used TurboTax for several years and never had a problem completing these tasks.
