Live Access to a HUMAN should be 1st priority!

It took quite a bit to get filed this year. I gave a mid rating b/c when I tried to call for help, I had to keep hanging up and restarting the AI assistant. I was wanting help on a particular area, and the AI could not get it right. Someone really needs to check the whole automated phone system. HOWEVER, once i finally got to a live person, Katie, she was very helpful, and even called me back after her review. She was able to find the particular area I was hung up on, and taxes have been filed.
