Turbo Tax is so easy to use - I love the way it asks me questions so I don't miss anything.
If I don't understand something, there's always an info button I can click for a more thorough explanation.

I hate automated systems - let me speak to a human

Trying to get through to a live person is an automated nightmare. It shouldn't be as hard to get a live person as it is to get a congressman to do anything other than give themselves a raise.
