Absolute highway robbery every single year. Admittedly, I elected to receive my return earlier this year, which adds $35 to the overall expense, but this service costing $156 makes me feel things that I can't legally post without a police officer knocking on my door. There's at least an argument to be made that TurboTax does file taxes quickly and without much headache, but I can't even give this service 2/5 stars because the interface rates a 40% as "Fair," which it is not.

The actual process wasn't hard because we have basic taxes to submit. However, I got an email that I saw when I was all done telling me I had been using a different account. How in the world is that even possible when I signed in with the same credentials?
