Turbotax has questionable practices!!!

I have always enjoyed using Turbotax in filing my tax return. However, this year I wanted to switch to the senior tax form and the software does not allow you to switch from the Deluxe package to the senior form. In the past, it was beneficial to use the Deluxe package because of my income level; however, now I am retired and over the age of 65 and no longer need to utilize the Deluxe package which requires a payment of $88. Support stated that the software would automatically determine my eligibility for the senior form and send the return off at no charge. Well, it did not switch over to the short form and send the return at no charge and I am quite peeved by the experience. Years 2023 and 2024 should have gone off with no charge but yet I am being gouged with having to pay in order to transmit my return. Shame on you folks for allowing this sort of thing to go on. One should be able to switch over to another package easily.
