Everything was easy just one suggestion...

Super easy filing by myself for the first time. Very helpful. My only suggestion is when anything is rejected just to take me to the error in the click of a button and highlight issued area in red to find it easier.

Kept forcing me to upgrade

Everytime I thought I was done, I was told that I needed to upgrade my plan. For one reason or another, i felt forced into upgrading.

This will be the last year I use turbo tax. The push to constantly upgrade to an unnecessary service package is annoying and a scam. I also got all the way through inputing information only to be told on the last page that I was forced to upgrade because of our HSA. I used to like the speed and ease of use, but since two years in a row I have been forced to do the whole process twice because somewhere along the lines it "upgraded" me to a more expensive plan, this is the end for me.
