beware of hidden mandatory fees

The ease of the software to use was wonderful and simple also the ability to upload your w2 info was handy and saved time. The reason I gave a two star review is because when I get to the end they tacked on a $44 dollar charge for features I denied while going through the process of completing the forms. They make you upgrade at the end so instead of paying for the agreed 39 state and 39 federal I have to pay 25 for signing up to get it 5 days sooner which I did not need and 44 for audit protection that I declined but apparently did not have a choice and another processing fee I ended up paying over 200$ when I thought I was under the impression of only having to pay 75$

Ever since i switched to Turbo I have a good experience the only thing I don't like is the extra charge to pay with my taxes.
