It made it easy and quick to complete as well as know what information to include and not include. The stress levels were much lower this time around using TurboTax.

Glitch on NYS Return

There is is glitch/error on NYS 2024 State tax return. Message continues to declare, words to effect, cannot E-file because I received a solar/wind energy credit. I did not. I typed zeroes in both of these boxes. I reviewed several times on different days. Also, did not find reference in 2024 IRS Federal form any mention of solar wind energy credit(s). Queries in additional information did not address problem.

It's pretty easy to follow. Did not like the way it charged me. I wanted in to come out of the return. And the amount was not what it said I was being charged at the beginning.
