Fast and very easy to use. Comparing to other companies like H&R block, Turbo Tax is faster and cheaper to use.

I find it fast & information sidebars helpful when an explanation of a specific topic is needed. I appreciate this becuase I don't have the simplest of tax situations, but is also not the most complex. The advantage I appreciate the most is input of deductions simply for the determination of the best refund - standard or itemized deductions.

Turbo Tax makes filing taxes oh so easy. They go through everything. I would have no idea what things to ask or how to file. I can go through the process without any difficulty.

I didn't appreciate the price difference once my filing was completed. When I agreed to upgrading since I had no choice per turbo tax the cost was $127.00 coming out of my Federal return. When I finished and filed my taxes the fee was $167.00 coming out of my federal return. NOT COOL IN ANY WAY
