Horrible, the banking issues , after giving all the proper information. To the filing fee on top of turbo tax fee. $49 and the additional $40. It's a bate and switch

TurboTax is very easy to use and holds your hand through the entire process. The only downside is the constant attempts to upsell you on up-graded versions of turbo tax, which I do not need.

A Bit of Bait and Switch

Comprehensive tax filing. I'm bummed that, even though I chose to use the Simple form, I was no able to file my taxes without agreeing to pay for the next level of TurboTax. AND, after seeing that it was $49, I ended up having to pay a total of $88 for Federal and State versions of the tax filing. I feel that this is deceptive.
I still like TurboTax and, in spite of being a bit miffed, will probably use them again next year.
