I love this service i use it yearly, but adding a sneaky $40 processing fee to pay using your refund on top of charging for this product is just absurd. This is the last year i'll use turbo tax since i can do it much cheaper else where.

Delux is not delux

I do not like the subtle pushing to purchase additional product/coverage. Also, I have used turbotax for at least 10 years. I missed the running "score" of tax liability in the "screen" and also as I want to print a copy as i do each year for my records I am having a problem finding the ability/link/directions on doing so this year.

Too much money

This service costs too much money. The 40$ hidden fee for paying with tax refund is too much and is only mentioned once before accepting.
