I found the product easy to follow and answered my questions with only 1 call to an expert and she was very helpful. My only complaint is that I was under the impression I could do this for free and I got charged. Not sure what I did wrong.

Pretty easy a slight confusion on pin ID online. Other than that te online chat feature quick responses. Never an issue with estimated return to actual amount. h

$163 to file my taxes, wouldnt let me file without upgrading to the $40 version but I didnt need to make any changes after upgrading. Thanks for stealing my money
