Have been using turbo tax for years

Fees, fees, fees

I used Turbo Tax this year because I saw a commercial that you could file for free. I was very disappointed because I soon discovered they wanted to charge $40 twice, PLUS another $40 filing fee, AND ANOTHER $25 to get my refund into my bank account. RIDICULOUS!!!! I did rate 3 stars though, as I tried to go on another tax website, and they were stating my state refund was about $600 less than Turbo Tax found. So, even with the fees, I was still getting more from Turbo Tax. Just very aggravating though that Turbo Tax piles these fees onto everyday people that are already struggling.

Would recommend if you have a simple tax return to file. This was easy enough for me to use. Explanation boxes were also helpful.

We have used Turbo Tax for years and are happy with the ease of use. This year we used the online version and skipped the CD.
