Pretty solid product

As a user-friendly tool, Turbo Tax is pretty good. I really wish they wouldn't constantly try to upsell their products. For 2 years in a row, I selected the help of a professional thinking it was included, only to find out that they charged me $200 for the assistance. The first year I thought it was because I really did need a lot of help, so it made sense. The 2nd year, when I agreed to take the help, I asked a simple question and they charged me $200 again. I was pretty upset. If you use TT, then beware of the upselling. That aside, you should have a pretty good experience.
