They're trying to get as much money off your return as possible. They're the only place that didn't want to deduct services rendered out of my refund, also.

Fraudulent and misleading

I think turbo tax is misleading, all along I was asked if I wanted to upgrade plan and I chose the option file free. only to find out at the end that I was actually being charged $88 which at no point did it say I'll be charged that amount. It was finally shown to me at the end, when I had already finished with everything and at that point you feel like you've invested all this time, might as well file and pay. such a scam, If you want to file free go to the IRS website.

Turbo Tax is great

I love turbo tax and there's plenty of options to file your taxes with or with out help.
